Classic back massage scopes back, buttocks and shoulders. It lasts 20-25 minutes but initial sessions can be shorter. The intensity of the massage depends on the type of ailment and pain sensitivity. I use classic massage techniques to do it (from the weakest to the hardest) in adequate sequence taking your needs into consideration.
